Baked ziti

  1. Par-cook 3/4lbs of ziti
  2. Toss with 5oz diced mozzarella, 1C Red sauce, empty into baking dish, and top with 5oz diced mozzarella, 1C red sauce
  3. Bake, covered, at 400° for 30m
  4. Uncover and bake at 450° for 10m to brown
  5. Top with parmesan cream: reduced cream whisked with grated parmesan
